We are pleased to announce that Managing Partner Chris Melville has been elected to the Board of Directors of AmCham Mongolia.

AmCham held its Annual General Meeting on 22 November 2019, discussed the 2019 annual report and action plan for 2020. Members voted for four new members of the Board at the AGM.

M&E Partner Erdenedalai Odkhuu participated in a biennial gathering of the Honorary Consuls of the Republic of Malta from 28-30 May 2019.

This was a unique opportunity to meet and network with Malta’s representatives from all over the world. This year’s meeting convened around 100 representatives from 54 countries.

Erdenedalai appointed as an Honorary Consul of the Republic of Malta in Mongolia last year.

M&E partner Erdenedalai Odkhuu participated as a judge  at the Students’ Research Competition 2019 held by the Faculty of Law, National University of Mongolia. This English language competition is organized annually each Spring Semester.          Today we welcomed the top 5 students to discuss legal careers, international law and to congratulate them on their success.

M&E Partner Erdenedalai Odkhuu becomes an Honorary Consul of the Republic of Malta in Mongolia

Erdenedalai received an exequatur, recognizing his appointment as an Honorary Consul of Malta from H.E. Battsetseg Batmunkh, the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia.  They exchanged view on further development of bilateral ties between Mongolia and Malta. 

M&E Partner Erdenedalai Odkhuu admitted to practice law in the state of New York!

Erdenedalai received his L.LM degree from the Harvard Law School in 2017 and successfully passed the New York bar the same year.  He has now been officially sworn in as a member of the New York State Bar.

M&E is providing consultancy support for the EBRD’s “ETC SME Local Currency Programme Technical Cooperation Framework”, which covers Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
